Dima Kozakov leads the Applied BioComputation (ABC) Group at Stony Brook University. His group combines applied mathematics, physics and computational biology to answer challenging questions in biology and chemistry, on topics including protein-peptide interactions, Fast Fourier Transforms (FFTs) on manifolds, antibody maturation, manifold optimization and so on. In addition to BMERC, the ABC Group is also affiliated with Laufer Center for Physical and Quantitative Biology and Institute for Advanced Computational Sciences.
